Get to know Diana Kiszczak
Diana was born in Poland and moved to London at the age of seven. Later, driven by her passion for art and design, as well as her love for nature, she studied Landscape Architecture in Edinburgh. Diana now lives in Switzerland and is based in our Zurich office.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I have a deep passion for music, having played classical guitar since the age of 10. I also love sports, having represented both my school and university in fencing. Nowadays, I’ve replaced fencing with cycling as my way to stay active – because how can you not cycle when you live in Switzerland? I love going on adventures and am deeply invested in personal development, positive psychology, and biohacking – recently starting cold plunges and trying to make myself comfortable in uncomfortable situations.

Who is your childhood hero?
Simply, my dad.

Where is your favourite place in the world?
Tulum! I love the food, people, music, Caribbean Sea, and rich Mayan history – their connection to nature, astrology, and their understanding of life and the universe.

If you could change one thing about the recruitment industry, what would it be?
I would change the way recruitment is perceived. It is not only about filling roles but also being the bridge to lasting and meaningful connections.

What is your favourite app on your phone?
YouTube music. It’s where I listen to all my podcasts and music. I can’t imagine a world without it!
