I love being outdoors, almost as much as I love watching England play rugby in the pub! I’m an avid scuba diver, working my way through the world’s top 10 dive sites, and a dedicated runner, preparing for my first marathon – the 2025 London Marathon – in support of Dementia UK.
Johnny Wilkinson. Watching the 2003 World Cup final at home with my family is what inspired me to start playing rugby, something that has become a bit of an obsession for the following 15 years!
Red Sea Diving Safari in Wadi Lahami. Think sleeping in tents on the beach with some of the best scuba diving in the world on your doorstep and hardly any tourists.
It’s a difficult question to answer because it’s also what I love about the industry – low barriers to entry. Most sales professionals are regulated in some aspect, and governance is in place to protect agencies that ensure standards are upheld and customer service is prioritised. Unfortunately, a few agencies ruin the reputation for the industry for most with their low standards and cowboy antics. So, I would change the requirements and adopt a more stringent licensing process for all agencies to ensure the best service for our customers and candidates.
