Get to know Ben Hooper
Ben is a recent graduate in Psychology who has decided to pursue a career in recruitment, following his dream of working in London. Growing up, he spent his summers in the Highlands of Scotland, where he developed a passion for hiking and the outdoors.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My main interests lie firstly in football, where I am a long-suffering supporter of Aston Villa – I used to hold a season ticket when I had the time to go to games! I also love getting outside and going to the gym, it’s become an intrinsic part of my daily routine. Lastly, I am a huge fan of dance music, visiting festivals in the UK and abroad with my friends yearly.

Who is your childhood hero?
It’s hard to pick one, but I’d have to settle for John McGinn. He is proof that hard work, resilience and determination prevails above all else. He was also lucky enough to get a photo with me!

Where is your favourite place in the world?
Anywhere surrounded by my best mates – I am super grateful to have a tight-knit group of good people around me, it’s always a great time wherever we are.
